Most couples book 12–18 months in advance. Popular dates go quickly, especially spring and fall weekends. We recommend securing your date as soon as your venue is locked in.

3. Do you travel for weddings?

Absolutely. We film weddings throughout Arizona, California, Nevada, and beyond. Travel fees depend on distance and logistics, but we make it seamless — from destination logistics to on-site coordination.

4. How do your packages work?

We offer tiered collections based on coverage hours, number of filmmakers, and style: Highlight Film, Documentary Film, and Reality-TV Style Feature Film. You can also personalize your collection with popular add-ons like drone coverage, micro-edits, or raw footage delivery.

5. What are “Micro Edits”?

These are short, emotionally charged mini-films of key wedding moments such as your first look, vows, first dance, toasts, or cake cutting, each professionally edited with synced HD audio — perfect for sharing on social media or reliving the big moments individually.

6. How do payment plans work?

We require a retainer to reserve your date, with flexible payment options that can be split into up to six monthly payments. The final balance is due seven days before your wedding.

7. How long does it take to receive our wedding film?

Our standard delivery is between 8–12 weeks, depending on the collection and season. We also offer Expedited Editing if you’d like your film completed sooner.

8. Can we choose our own music?

We carefully select licensed music that fits your vibe and story arc, ensuring your film remains cinematic and legal for online sharing. However, if there’s a song that holds special meaning, we’ll do our best to incorporate it.

9. Do you provide raw footage?

Yes, raw footage can be added to any package. It includes all unedited clips captured throughout the day, organized for easy viewing — perfect for reliving candid behind-the-scenes moments.

10. Will we get drone footage?

Drone coverage is included in most of our top-tier collections and can be added to any package. It’s subject to weather and location restrictions (we follow all FAA guidelines).

11. Do you work with photographers?

All the time. We coordinate seamlessly with your photographer to ensure both teams capture the best angles without stepping on each other’s shots.

12. How do we book?

You’ll receive a personalized booking link with your proposal, contract, invoice, and payment portal — all handled digitally for convenience. Once the retainer is paid, your date is officially locked in.

13. Can you film cultural or multi-day weddings?

Yes. We specialize in multicultural, fusion, and multi-day celebrations. We’ll customize coverage to fit your events — from rehearsal dinners to traditional ceremonies.

14. What happens if something goes wrong on our wedding day?

We plan for the unexpected. Every shoot is backed by redundant gear, multiple camera angles, professional audio systems, and liability insurance. We’ve got you covered.

15. Will we get to review the film before it’s finalized?

We offer a one-time review option for premium packages so you can provide feedback on small details before final delivery.
